Well in my opinion, people that start schools later have more time to get their 9 hours of sleep and because of this they can function better with having plenty of rest. People like to argue that it wouldn’t be a good idea because people have work early in the mornings and wouldn’t be able to take their kids to school later. It’s been proven that the people who get more hours of sleep can take in more knowledge than others that don’t.
