i think i am a responsible citizen because a citizen has knowledge about his/her role in community, state and the world. A responsible citizen has a role in making the world a better place to live (for every components in biosphere). A responsible citizen is change agent that acts out against injustice in social, economic, and environmental sectors. And helping others and the community is being a responsible citizen which is why i believe i am one and we can all be to make the world a better place.

If u keep ur surroundings clean, do not litter everywhere, follow the rules and laws, do not break rules, etc then u r a responsible citizen & if u don't do these all then u aren't..
