I needed help with an assignment, but I was turned down by my mom and dad. When I went to do my assignment, I was frustrated, an

d threw my glasses on the table. My dad then came in and hit me, slammed me on walls, and cursed at me. I went to tell my mom, but she says I wasn't the innocent one. What do I do? Do I need help?

i understand that when you're frustrated you tend to not think in your actions, but you could've thought it through before throwing your glasses on the table. Your parents worked hard to get you the glasses, and glasses are pretty expensive. i do admit your parents are in the wrong too for hitting you for just having trouble with an assignment and getting frustrated. it sounds like your dad is pretty abusive, if he does this regularly with no reason at all, please do seek help.
