It’s correct Mexican Independence Day began on September 15 at midnight, and then it continued on September 16 in eighteen hundred and ten. It is a party, but it is not Cinco de Mayo. It is important because we remember the Independence of Mexico. On Mexican Independence Day, cities appear green, white and red. These are the colors of the flag. Food is very important on Mexican Independence Day. They serve dishes with meat, beans, rice, cheese and corn. They offer delicious fruit juice, water and beer. We recommend trying the pork and corn soup because it is delicious. This dish also has the colors of the Mexican flag! The women wear green, white and red dresses and skirts. sandals or boots. The men wear mariachi costumes, hats and a good pair of shoes. They also love to dance, sing and listen to live music. Mexican Independence Day always has many fun activities and is a party beautifull. We really like Mexican culture. We learned a lot, and we want to eat, dance and sing with them. "
