Ksivusya [100]

Answer:

This is what I would answer if it were my assignment:

The main idea is about this person who captured a moment that was very valuable to them. The clues show because of the detail with which he remembers the day. The last line shows that the person has the picture above the fireplace, and that is usually a room that people associate with family, and happy warm memories and people will see things there. It's peaceful and quiet at the library Is what type of sentence, compound, simple, complex or run-on
Liula [17]
I believe this is a simple sentence. Since this sentence has one independent clause which contains one subject, the library, and a simple predicate, it's peaceful and quiet. However, this predicate has two verbs, known as a compound predicate: peaceful and quiet. This compound verb should not be confused with a compound sentence, since they contain two separate clauses. Example: I really enjoy going to the library, it always seems to be quite and peaceful at that place.
