Many original settlers in the Carolinas came from Barbados. It was in 1670 that Albemarle Point was established in South Carolina. Most of the settlers came from the Carribean island of Barbados.

these, there were also actions made for the intention of the consolidation of
Chinese civilization which resulted to a distinct Chinese culture and identity
