Answer: Positive or negative effects.

Explanation: Chromosomal changes is called mutation.  Mutation is change or alterations in genetic constituents or chromosomes of an organisms.  Not all chromosomal changes are negative or causes genetic disorder bit some have positive effects too.  The negative effect causes some genetic disorders but the positive don't have negative impact on health but only the chromosomal sequence might be alter , it functions is still intact.
