An example of this is the adoption of the fashion concepts created in Paris by the rest of the world, the popularization of sushi in Western countries and the valorization of k-pop worldwide.

f. as diffusion barriers we can mention xenophobia, which causes rejection of anything and everything of foreign origin, as well as the anti-imperialist and decolonizing feeling, which makes a culture want to protect itself from the interference and acceptance of different cultures.
