I think that the people wanted Kamala Harris to be vice president to Joe BIden because there has never been a woman vice president or even a women president in office at all. As for what the people of this country see in her, maybe a chance for a women president to step up into office and maybe even make a change. Women had a big thing back then about tryin to vote and they fought to get that right maybe now they wanna see a women in office as president of the united states of america.
They voted Kampala Harris because for one she wasn’t a man For onece.Instead she was a brave black woman who was the first woman, and first Black person.Not to mention first South Asian American to be elected Vice President.
