Answer:It is important to develop your desicion making skills because through your decisions come with good or bad consequences. Those decisions can help you achieve your goals but it depends what decisions you have to make to get to your goals. You have to think about it carefully. If you have made a hard decision that your friend or a caring adult does not approve of,then try to explain and talk it out to them maturely.Advandced technology will help humans in the future with things they can nit even imagine doing because the technology will make everyone’s life easier and may in the future take everyone’s job.Creativity and such as collaboration will help you in an increasingly automated workplace because creativity comes with ideas and ideas is what you need in a workplace such as collaboration because you need a team you can rely on with their work and them as an individual. It may be important in a workplace because creativity is hard thing to have and in a workplace, you need to use your mind. Some decisions may be harder than some but some strategies to help you make those decisions are to talk it out with a friend/lover/or a family member, some coping skills you can use for stress are exercising and doing whatever to take your mind off and to clear it with an empty brain, then make your decisions. Some decisions are easier or harder than others because those decisions are either going to impact you in a bad way or a good way. It’s helpful to seek different perspectives before making a decision because if you get other’s opinions and weight out the pros and cons, that may help you make your final decision.
