Explanation:

If there is huge amount of glucose present in the urine so it is the indication of diabetes diseases. Having albumin in the urine provides information about  having kidney disease in the patient's body. So the person that uses urine test can find out the organ which is not perform its function properly. The presence of different substance except salts and nitrogenous waste tells about different types of diseases so that's why doctors suggest urine test to the patients.
