1. My theory will be based on the explanation of modern plate tectonic theory. This theory explained that the reason for the movement of plate tectonics is because of the radioactive heat that occurs in the planet's interior.

These plate tectonics are the earth's crust that is formed into different sections that support the continents. They however move about one another. Evidence for this is the fact that earthquakes don't occur in all places.

2. I can not use Alfred Wegener's theory.

3. The reason is that even though Alfred Wegener's theory supports "continental shift" it did not explain what caused the continental shift or movement.
