To whom it may concern: Your products suck! I bought one of your USB Turntables at your online store and it quit working two days after I bought it! What a piece of junk! I tried calling your telephone support line, but they’re a bunch of idiots and couldn’t figure out a way to solve my problem either. I even looked online to try to see if anyone else had encountered this problem and found a solution. Guess what? Many had, but NO ONE FOUND A WAY TO FIX IT! I wish I’d seen these reviews before I wasted my money on your lousy product. I want my money back. Please mail a check to my address above or you’ll be hearing from my lawyer. Thanks,

It would be best if he could find out a specific person or department to address his letter and he should include that information as the inside address. He also needs to include specific information about the purchase including the date, price, and location as well as a model and serial number of the product purchased. Finally, he needs to allow more time for them to respond to his concerns and remove the threat. It is too soon for that kind of action to be taken. The company may give him his money back without any argument at all, or may make a reasonable offer to replace the defective machine.
