Once the delegates determined the Three-Fifths Compromise, they went on to determine the presidential process--as in who could be elected, how the election would work, etc.
My personal choice would be john Locke, i feel as Locke would tell American politicians that they are corrupt and should be overthrown. that this is not the america that the founding fathers envisioned for this country. He would say the the government controls the people and the people no longer control the government and it needs to be fixed or it will be replaced.
