Even though the use of one of the atomic bombs on an uninhabited location was considered, it was turned down because of practical reasons. There were only two bombs available in August, 1945 and they worried that the demonstration bomb might turn out to be a dud.

The accused has the right to a lawyer and a free judge. And then we have the eighth amendment this this amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. The founders thought these were important to include in the bill of rights because they are an example of justice towards people, and that they are fair.
