By learning and understanding different cultures you understand why people do things the way they do. When you identify with other people, you sympathize with their situation.

Generalizations are made in order to make sense of the world. I never really had a big perspective on the hispanic, but it has improved from what it was before. It is important to learn about other cultures because students who learn about different cultures during their education feel more comfortable and safe with these differences later in life. It gives people a better understanding of each other.

You may change up the perspective part if you had a different one on the hispanic ^^ Hope this helps!
