Depending on your level of Spanish just look up the words and there translations using word reference after that you can write down the word in English and the other side in Spanish then start with Spanish to English then try English to Spanish. hope this helps!
It depends but I would say to start off with the basics like “hola”, “como estas” etc. You can also download apps to practice reading in Spanish and pronunciation
