Answer:

C. Liz, <u>who could always make people laugh</u>, was loved by the whole block.

Explanation:

Adjective clauses are those that modify, describe or give more information about nouns. We can identify them because they are usually placed right next to the noun they describe, and beginning with a relative pronoun (namely, <em>who, whom, whose, that </em>or<em> which</em>) or a relative adverb (<em>when, where </em>or<em> why</em>). In sentence C, the adjective clause is “who could always make people laugh” because it gives us more information about the noun “Liz.” Furthermore, it begins with the relative pronoun “who.”

Mrrafil [7]

Answer:

Number 14 Ajax Street,

New Jersey.

September 10, 2020.

Hey man, how are you doing?

Hope you've finally learned how to play that new video game I sent for you.

Well, remember I told you about a prize giving ceremony I was going to attend in my school? Yes, that one. I was surprised when I won two prizes. One for being well behaved and the other for being the neatest, I wasn't expecting either because I don't think I'm the neatest or best behaved, I just try to avoid trouble and look decent.

You can imagine my shock when I heard my name where I was sitting and all eyes were on me. I walked unsteadily to collect the prize and it was the longest twenty seconds of my life. I was proud of the awards though.

When I get back to town, I'll give you more details. Goodbye, for now.

Your friend,

Michael

Read the passage.
Musya8 [376]

Answer: A

Personally I would say the answer is A, but the definition of slender is literally "gracefully thin," so you could argue it's both A and B. Maybe it's something to take up with your teacher.
