That only describes romantic love. Platonic love, on the other hand, is always permissible. You are always welcome to love others and show your love. For example, giving people gifts is a way to show love, and it is always permissible. There is no law against being nice.

Another example I gave was they gave more jobs. If you have people who can speak more than one language then you can send them over seas and they can talk to business and make money over seas making a better economy for both of the nations. Finally more and more nations want to have freedom like the U.S. this is a great role model in the world and many countries want to be like us so this is an overall great example because we are the role model for the world.
