When companies discover loopholes then the law loses efficacy and effectiveness. That is because the loop hole is used to trick the law so that it doesn't apply or applies partially. Then the companies still keep doing unethical things but are protected since there's no law to bother them.

How did governments and other organizations try to control public opinion during world war i?
Sophie [7]

Answer:

The government tried many ways to stifle and control people during the WW1 era. Writers critical of the government had their mail or books detained, were put under close surveillance, or had their homes or offices raided. Some were jailed. Others were deported. This work, and the red scare of the post-war years, saw the birth of official state surveillance in 1919. In addition to press reporting, states attempted to influence opinion using a wide range of pamphlets, cartoons, and longer books.

Which improvement for farmers was a direct result of the REA
leva [86]

The access to power was the direct result of the REA for farmers.

REA is the Rural Electrification Act (1936).

The REA was part of a program from President Frankling Delano Roosevelt designed to overcome the effects of the Depression years.

In 1935 only ten percent of isolated rural areas had electrical power.

The REA law granted long-term funding for farmers in the form of loans which were allowed to be given for states and territories to implant, improve and maintain rural electrification in the United States.
