Answer:

Once upon a time there was a turtle named Barry. Barry loved to eat hotdogs. Barry's best friend Plastic-Bag though hotdogs were bad. One day Barry and Plastic-Bag got into an argument. Plastic-Bag told Barry that he should watch his diet and not eat so many hotdogs. Barry was very offended by this remark, so they starting fighting about it. Their arguing went on for a couple days until Plastic-Bag finally had enough. Barry wasn't listening to his advice so he decided to choke Barry until he died. What Plastic-Bag forgot was that Barry had a wife and kids. Barry's family told all the other turtles what Plastic-Bag had done. From that day on turtles and plastic-bags despised each other. Whenever a plastic-bag sees a turtle it tries to choke out the turtle. The turtles created an army called the VSCO Girls, protectors of the turtles. Thanks for listening to my story, i came up with it off the top of my head. I know it isn't 300 words, but i couldn't think of anything else. and i didn't want to get rid of my MASTERPIECE.

Students who restudy course material at the end of a semester to pass a comprehensive final are especially likely to demonstrate
Bezzdna [24]

Answer:

C). The Spacing effect.

Explanation:

'The spacing effect' is demonstrated as the cognitive process which states that learning becomes more effective and fruitful if the sessions spaced or separated out. It displays that these spaced-out study sessions promote more effective encoding of the information in our long-term memory.

As per the question, the value of 'spacing effect' has been illustrated in this example as the students who involve in spaced out study sessions by 'restudying the course material at the end of a semester' would assist them in effectively retaining the information(of course material) for long-term. Therefore, option C is the correct answer.
