Hola, debo llenar un cuadro con estas opciones en ingles de la cancion your love defends my Pronouns Verb to be Verb Present Ver
Nikitich [7]

Answer:

Pronouns: You, your, I.

The verb to be: Is, are

Verb Present: drawing, go, defends, feel, remember, rages, know, sing,

Verb past: won

Prepositions: of, on, in, after.

Object pronouns: me

Modal verb: would, will

Other words: song (noun), refuge (noun), alone (adjective)

Explanation:

To fill this chart, you have to analyze the lyrics of the song and identify the different categories. There are different types of pronouns. You and I are subject pronouns, while your is a possessive pronoun.

The verb to be is only in the present in the song, so it is are and is.

The only verb in the past is won, which is the past of win.

The prepositions are always concerning other words like a noun, adjective, or pronoun. In this case, the prepositions are of, in, on, and after.

Object pronouns are pronouns that, in a sentence, are in the place of an object. For example, in the sentence,- Your love defends me- the subject is your love, and the direct object is me.

Modal verbs are words that express a possibility like a will or would.

The other words in the song are adjectives, nouns, and adverbs.

Dramatic irony from the outsiders
Afina-wow [57]
Long Answer: In The World: Ponyboy and Johnny are ambushed by a group of Socs. Because Ponyboy is without a weapon, he quickly is beat down in the fight; when he awakens from his unconscious state, he discovers that Johnny has killed one of the Socs. With the help of Dally, Ponyboy and Johnny make their escape, hopping on a train to Windrixville and hiding out in an abandoned church.

Ponyboy claims about this journey: "This is the country, I thought half asleep. My dream's come true and I'm in the country."

This is ultimately ironic because Ponyboy's fantasy about living in the country always involved him living a more peaceful life; now that he has finally ended up in the country, he is there as a result of extreme disruption and to hide from the police. The environment is right, and the circumstances are all wrong.
