You cannot solve this. TO solve both variables you need to have two equations. Please insert that equation in and I will solve this problem. :)

$230 -  $125 = $105
5hours - 2hours = 3hours
3hours = $105
1 hour = $105 ÷ 3 = $35

2hours = $35 x 2 = $70
Lori paid $125
Therefore the flat setup fee = $125 - $70 = $55

Ans:  Setup fee = $55, rental fee = $35/hour
