It would've been different because you would probably have no South Korea since the North one was supported by China and without the US the south would've lost. This would probably happen if he supported an isolationist policy.

In regards to agriculture, Italy imports nearly half of its agriculture, while the U.S is exporting more than half of it's agricultural products. Besides that there is a bit more government regulation on agricultural production, and generally less land for agricultural production.
