In the game "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Eyes Of Heaven", you can clearly see that G.E.R. (+ TA4) striking DIO's T.W.O.H. (The World: OVER HEAVEN or Heaven Ascension DIO), it was completely nullified. Now, that doesn't mean Requiem couldn't possibly defeat an over heaven. Lets say... Jotaro became requiem. There is a fanfiction of that happening. SPR (Star Platinum Requiem) kills Jotaro because of its overwhelming power. If there was ever a stand that could kill its user by being that powerful... I think we can both agree it would beat an over heaven. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
