Clare has 80 pencils and 56 erasers to give away. What is the largest number of group that can formed with the same numbers of p
Leokris [45]

Answer:

56

Step-by-step explanation:

I assume each person in the group must have 1 pencil AND 1 eraser each.

Since you have more pencils than erasers, then the limiting factor is the number of erasers. So a group of 56 people will have 1 pencil And 1 eraser and Clare will have 24 pencils left over (assuming Clare has her own pencil and eraser - if not then the group size is 55 assuming Clare is not in the group)

sorry if it's too confusing

Answer:

Here we have to find the distance of the points from the mirror, and then plot it on the other side of the mirror.

Step-by-step explanation:

⇒Here the x-coordinate will not change

the point(4,2)is one unit far from the mirror. then we will plot it on the other side of the mirror which is (4,4)

we will do same with the other two points.

here are the changes:

(4,2)⇒(4,4)

(2,4)⇒(2,2)

(9,6)⇒(9,0)

then join the new points.

Hope it helps!

I think it is B. The perimeter is adding all the sides. If there isn’t a blank then the answer would be 2a + 2b, however in this problem only the AREA is taken away not perimeter.

I need help due today
givi [52]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

y=mx+b       b= y-intercept   y-intercept=where the line crosses the y-axis    m=slope         slope== rise/run or slope formula, m=y2-y1/x2-x1

For example, number 1's slope is 5/3.  On a graph, you would go up 5 (not in block, but in numerical value) and right 3.   The y-intercept is -2.  This is where your line starts on the graph.
