Michael, a new lab analyst, receives an email notifying him that his expected samples from a recent outbreak should be arriving

soon. To prepare for his analysis, he decides to look into what type of diseases could be spread between animals and humans, as this is a new field for him. Michael has received limited information about the details of the outbreak from the epidemiologists that traveled to the site, but he does know that both animals and humans were infected by some type of virus.
