Answer:

Okay. First of all you need to understand that you are writing an argumentative essay which means you need to

a) state your thesis (fancy way of saying claim)

b) support your thesis (body paragraphs)

c) state the counterclaim (this can go in as early as your thesis to as late as your last body paragraph)

d) refute the counterclaim (refute it with one of your stronger reasons)

If you are pro-young people then your reasons should be centered around:

  • are most familiar with current technologies
  • have the most physical potential (the energy to work outside/lack of illnesses caused by old age)
  • have incentive and want the best for their future (will grow up in this community)
  • empathetic and knowledgeable about their community (most young people are on the Internet and see the state of the world daily)
  • known for being the most accepting of minorities

The counterclaim should be something like:

  • They aren't wise (can be refuted by their invaluable knowledge of technology and culture of today)
  • They are politically active or have any actual influence in society (Can identify the work of BLM or the MeToo movement, or any other youth-led movement. (I live in the US so these are movements I have the most understanding over) They will also grow up to lead societies and will take their current mentalities with them)
  • Young people are all trashy and disrespectful in general, etc. (This is an untrue stereotype labeled on every younger generation)

If you are anti-young people then your reasons should be centered around:

  • Their lack of wisdom (have only seen the world from their phones, haven't experienced much yet)
  • Their inability to complete any change (very few are actually able and willing to try and create any political impact)
  • Small attention spans (they have the ability to start a change but run out of fuel before anything gets done)
  • Lazy (like I said before, knowing a lot about technology means using it a lot)

The counterclaim should be something like:

  • They are familiar with technology (adults can be taught this work and have literal jobs dedicated to it)
  • Their physical potential (adults in their 30s or late 20s can still do hard labor without hurting themselves)
  • Incentive (can be rebutted with lazy)
  • Empathy (there is an actual study that women in their 50s are the most empathetic)
  • Accepting of minorities (a stereotype that does not apply to all young people)

Personally I would go for pro-young people, but I do have slight bias as I am a teenager. If you need any other help, message me.

Pls help first two questions already answered. WILL MARK BRAINLIEST
Tcecarenko [31]

(ill try to explain it rather than make my own, since its easier)

draw a simple timeline can be drawn out like the kind you'd see in history documentaries.

it shows 10 major events in your life (like the year you were born, when your sibling was born, etc.)

now make those events more specific in between. my example:

< | --- | ------------- | --------- | > etc.

2004 2005 2009 2010

birth sister's first end vacation

                    birth vacation

((((((((you can also add months of the year.)))))))))

then add small details in between these events, like first tooth or new clothes.

now you can make this sort of one-word-summary of some events. something like 2009-2010 "astonishing" or whatever.

based off of this, you then make a narrative story of your life history. yknow, the kind thats from a 3rd person POV.

use a title thats interesting and unique (like amazing path of life or something, i dunno)

it says it has to be at leat 3 paragraphs, each with 3+ sentences. so it shouldn't be that long after making the timeline!

in a way, you could consider this your "life novel" but its in a story fashion.

the timeline is there to make it easy to see the big picture.

just comment if you need anything else :D

In what ways does writing set Esperanza apart from her neighborhood? (The House on Mango Street)
Ray Of Light [21]

Esperanza writes to maintain her spiritual freedom since verbalizing her experiences gives her control over them. It makes the incident seem less horrible if she can write about it in lovely terms. Esperanza's spiritual liberation may someday enable her to achieve literal liberation as well.
