Answer: The Influence of Greece on Roman Civilization.

Explanation:

Many elements in the everyday life of Roman life are reminiscent of the Greeks. Architecture, religion, elements of the military organization are just some of the fragments that the Romans copied from the ancient Greeks. The influence of Greek civilization is also evident in the institutional nature of Rome. The Romans sent a delegation to Greece (mid-5th century), which copied Solon's laws. They were implemented in Roman institutions, and thus the Romans formed the Law of the Twelve Tables. The influence of the great Greek philosophers on the spread of thought is indisputable, and today it has a strong influence in the modern world. Their thoughts on politics and state organization had a great echo in Rome, so the Romans formed certain institutions precisely on individual Greek philosophers' ideas.

Answer:

B. Amend the bill

Explanation:

The answer is not "A," because governors are able to veto state bills, and are also able to line-item veto on certain bills (though not all are able).

The answer is "B," because as stated in in answer "D," the legislature makes the adjustments/amends the bill, not the governor.

The answer is not "C," because governors are able to take no action on the bill. If they decide not to do anything, the bill is able to become law without the needed signature of the governor.

The answer is not "D," because governors are able to take the bill and send it back for adjustments that may be needed to be passed for legislature.

Rus_ich [418]

In most discussions, the global citizens movement is a socio-political process rather than a political organization or party structure. The term is often used synonymously with the anti-globalization movement or the global justice movement.
