The Treaty of Paris of 1763 ended the French and Indian War/Seven Years' War between Great Britain and France, as well as their respective allies. In the terms of the treaty, France gave up all its territories in mainland North America, effectively ending any foreign military threat to the British colonies there.

"Rule of law" is the idea that nobody is above the law, no matter what position you may hold, how rich you may be, etc. If you commit a crime, you're going to be tried and convicted, no matter who you are.
That means that if the president commits a crime, even he or she can be arrested and placed on trial.
The Hopewell people had built mounds throughout the Eastern/Southern part of the U.S. and part of Canada so I don’t believe that there’s one specific state where they are all located in but what I can tell you is that the Great Serpent Mound is located in present day Ohio.
