I am not afraid of needles at all. I am not afraid because I don't look when they give shots and I try to think about something else to get my mind distracted.

Explanation:

I have always been afraid of needles because I was always getting hurt on air so needles were massive "run away enabled" moments for me. Shots I was almost always sure something would go wrong (which happened several times) so I didn't want that when I was at the doctor's.
