I am not afraid of needles at all. I am not afraid because I don't look when they give shots and I try to think about something else to get my mind distracted.

Hope this helped!

Answer:

yes

Explanation:

I have always been afraid of needles because I was always getting hurt on air so needles were massive "run away enabled" moments for me. Shots I was almost always sure something would go wrong (which happened several times) so I didn't want that when I was at the doctor's.

All of the following are steps your group should follow to be effective, except
valina [46]

Answer:

d. Get feedback.

Explanation:

For any group to be effective, it is important to make sure that unity is there among the members. There must be a sense of compromise, communication, and be a good listener too.

Aside from that, a group can be made more effective if creative ideas and solutions are generated and brought together and discussed among the members. Taking necessary actions and selection of the best solutions after deliberations can also make a group effective. But getting feedback is not something that will make the group effective.

Thus, the correct answer is option d.
