What is phonetic transcription?
ASHA 777 [7]

To most of my research so far, it is the visual of speech sounds. When you look through a dictionary, you'll usually see these things under the main word you're looking for.

For example, you take a word like "Seahorse". You have the word type, and below the word type, you see some fancy looking text.

I will bold this mini dictionary bit for you to show you what we're focusing on.

Seahorse

Noun

/ˈsēhôrs/

The text in bold here is what you're looking for when you want to find the "Phonetic Transcription." Hope this helps!

Importance of sports and games in a student life{it should be a speech of 1 min]
KengaRu [80]
Sports and games offer students a lot of lessons and values. Other than the fact that sports is good for the health of a student, it also teaches students patience, sportsmanship, and appreciation of hard work. Patience because in order to win games, one has to maintain level headed and cool so that he will not cloud his judgment. Sportsmanship, so that even if one loses, he is not bitter about it and can even congratulate his opponent. And appreciation for hard work because attaining skills is not an easy task.

2. What is emphasized in W. H. Auden's "Musée des Beaux Arts" but not in Pieter Brueghel's Landscape with the Fall of Icarus? Fr
Hatshy [7]

Brueghel's Landscape with the Fall of Icarus points that our individual suffering doesn't matter compared to the whole world since a single individual is just a grain of sand compared to the whole world. This leaves the viewer with his or her own opinion. In the painting, the idea of over prideful suffering is shown in only a tiny splash that we know from the title of the work must be Icarus falling into the ocean. The rest of the scene is quiet and calm, as if the whole world continued without a care. Rather in Auden's poem, it obsesses about suffering and seems to grieve at the idea that our individual suffering isn't more important. The poem takes on a very powerful vocabulary using words like "suffering", "martyrdom", "disaster", and "forsaken". Many readers can agree that they both have very similar ideas.
