Explanation:

What elements would I want to change about the summer reading program if it's needed? What flaws are involved with the program?

Does this pamphlet go for or against what I think? What are the reasons for their opinion? Is there any bias?

Am I “negatively identifying” with one opinion or disallowing myself from seeing it in a more positive light? If so, who? Could I change the perspective of the author's view?

There are different time zones in America that separate the different regions of the United States in order for public broadcasts to explain the region of the time for all to understand and calculate its own time at that given time and one example is the EST, which stands for Eastern Standard Time zone, as well as other zones such as AST, CST, MST, PST, AKST, HST and UTC-11.
