Write a paragraph republic day
Fantom [35]

Republic Day is our national festival that is celebrated every year on 26 January. This day is special for Indians because we got our constitution on this day. As India got its independence on 15 August 1947 and further on 29 August 1947, a committee was appointed to make our constitution. Dr. B R Ambedkar was appointed as the chairperson and it took two years, 11 months, and 18 days in the framing of the constitution. The constitution was formed on 26 November 1949 but was finally adopted on 26 January 1950 as this date has its historical significance. It was confessed to celebrate our Independence Day on the same date in a meeting of the Indian National Congress held on 26 January 1930. But it took 17 years to get free from British rule and India got its freedom on 15 August 1947. So, we celebrated Independence Day on 15 August.

Read the excerpt from "Flowers for Algernon."
Mashutka [201]

Answer:

Charlie is unable to recognize common images

Explanation:

This is what the reader understands about Charlie that he doesn't understand about himself. He cannot recognize common images.

This is evidenced in the first line when he tried looking at the image but all he could see or recognize was the ink, at that point, he thought he needed new glasses.

As Charlie got scared when something was written down as he believed he would fail the test, he tried again but could only tell that he was seeing little points of nice ink around the edges. He still failed to identify the image.
