Objective is the point of view that is most like a video camera recording events.
In obejctive point of view, it contains no interpretation or access to the thoughts or feelings of others present. This POV only reports what is seen or heard, and allows the spectator to form their own opinions.
Empathy is important when giving humor because you have to also feel what that other person is feeling and how they’re going to take your joke. If you were upset and you started joking on someone that might tear them down even more. You have to know when it’s time to be serious and not to be.

Working can also provide you with greater independence and control over your life. Working allows you to learn new things, improve your talents, and make friends with others you meet on the job. People strive to contribute to and be a part of their communities.
