Answer:
What are your best language learning techniques for french?
If you are taking a class make sure to take lots of notes, a study technique I find very helpful is writing down rough notes during class then going home and writing the notes out clearly and nicely, this also helps jog your memory as you are revising what you did in class.
How long did it take you to learn?
I'm not fluent in french but I know a bit I learnt in elementary and early high school
Do you recommend any websites, videos, or apps that could help me?
I recommend word reference, it tends to be a lot more accurate then googl translate but googl translate is good to translate singular words.
Anything I should know before learning French?
- French and Spanish tend to have a very similar vocabulary so if you know Spanish already that might help
- Grammar is very important and tends to be pretty hard so just watch out for that
- Just try your best and make sure you are enjoying what you are doing, French is a lovely language and if you have the right attitude and mindset, I am sure you will have no problems learning it!
