Since AAA is a travel agency, it needs to be physically accessible by many different customers. Because of this it has various locations, so that it's customers can walk in and visit an agent who can sit down and review all the different travel options. The numerous locations allow for the employee population to be spread out in the different buildings so there are only a small number in each location. </span>
