Answer:

I would guess false because if you allow yourself to get upset at another driver who is already angry, then a serious incident could happen such as an accident or a fight.

What do the advertisers want the audience to do?
kow [346]
What's the context? Like have you been given a piece of work to analyse? I can give basic generic answers:

•The advertiser's want the audience to be engaged and interested in the advertisement

•The images appeal to the audience because it allows them to view the product instead of being described as to what it looks like. Also depending on the quality of the photograph it could allow and influence the audience's opinion on said product

•The setting/background of the background appeals to the audience as it can be used to divert the audience's eyes and influence what they look at. For example if the background is very bright and colourful and busy then their eyes will naturally gravitate there. However if the background is plain white or black then the eyes will gravitate to whatever is going on in the foreground. Many company's such as apple use this approach.

•Colour and font are used to draw interest to the advertisement and make it more memorable to the audience as bright colours and funky fonts will stick in someone's mind. This is why when making notes for things like exams people are encouraged to highlight and write in different colours as colours help the brain to remember something much more than opposed to black and white.

•Persuasive techniques that could've been used:
-emotive language
-direct address(using the word "you" e.g. YOU could buy this burger)
-exaggeration
-rhetorical questions
-chatty style / speaking to the audience in a friendly way
-anecdote(stories used to illustrate a point)
-repetition
-statistics(8 in 10 women would recommend)

Goshia [24]

Answer:

The article is about an April Fools trick. The people were told over the news that "Swiss farmers were enjoying a really good year for their spaghetti crop." You cannot grow spaghetti, but several people believed it, and called in to check the facts. They were reassured it wasn't true. The article continues to talk about how journalists enjoy April Fools day because it's a day to lay back and make a joke. There are many big jokes that have been made. ether way, just remember everything you hear might not be true on April Fools!

Hope this helps :)
