Video games can be bad for the eyesight, and posture. They can cause a person to lose their eyesight overtime if they sit too close to the screen. Some more negative effects of video games are; if a person were to play video games all day they would lose motivation to go outside and exercise. A few good effects from video games are that it can relieve pent-up stress, and it can even educate someone on a certain topic.
