Thus meaning the president has the power to withhold information from the Legislative and Judicial branches of the government, Leading to our answer which is, Executive privilege conflicts with the privilege of checks and balances by giving the president the ability to with hold information from the other two branches. Meaning the Legislative and Judicial branch can't "check up on" the Executive branch when that happens, creating an sort of unbalanced system.
