They both can multiply to reach it and it is the lowest one (no multiple of 7 can end on a 10 below that).

<em>This is the lease common multiple. I know this because you cannot get 10 to have a number the same as 7 until you multiply 10 by seven itself. Just in case the multiple that is higher than this would be 140 (since it would be double the least common multiple).</em>
