The blackness would best motivate readers to protect and preserve nature because it is emotional, and is about a bird that has been covered in oil that was spilled into the ocean at the beach. This story is told from the point of view of a bird who got covered in oil and cannot see. The story makes the reader feel sad picturing the bird covered in oil that cant see that has been hurt by humans spilling oil into the ocean and on the beach. The way the story is told, you start to think about being at the beach and seeing a bird covered in oil with your family, and how awful that it would be to be that bird, This makes me feel like I want to do something to prevent oil spills in the future so that other birds aren’t covered in oil like this one is. This story uses feelings and thoughts, and point of view, which helps make the reader feel emotional and want to stop oil spills.

How do Mangroves form
EleoNora [17]

Answer:

The embryo initiates germination on the seed, still attached on the tree and further develops into a propagule. This phenomenon is known as vivipary. Mangroves aid soil formation by trapping debris. Prop roots and pneumatophores accumulate sediments in protected sites and form mangrove peats.

Botanists believe that mangroves originated in Southeast Asia, but ocean currents have since dispersed them to India, Africa, Australia, and the Americas.
