In most states "If you live in America" School staff are required to report ongoing bullying, There is no nationwide consensus on proper punishment to bullying, They have bully awareness programs but honestly A bully looks at that and laughs. Most school districts have to implement policies dealing with bullying. Though in the state of Wisconsin, A parents bullie is required to pay up to $313 in fines.
