Cause even though it low fat it still have the essential vitimens and minerals needed to keep the body going just with less fat (so by now). oh and cause it does still come from a cow so theres not much you can do to it.
whole milk on the other hand has a higher fat content cause baby cows need it so the fat will help them grow but for humans it really will only make your bones thicker and it will taist creamery
