PLEASE HELP ME!!! NEED THE ANSWER FAST! WILL CHOOSE THE BRAINLIEST!!!
Vlad [161]
Remember that a cation will be smaller than its neutral atom, and an anion will be larger than its neutral atom. This would automatically eliminate answer choices A and D.

Also keep in mind that atomic radii decreases from left to right as you move along a periodic table. It also decreases from bottom up.
Atomic radii increases as you move from right to left and as you go from up to down.

As bromine is higher up in the periodic table than Iodine, it would have a smaller radius. Iodine would have a larger radius.

The correct answer is B. Br

a doctor's order is 0.125 g of ampicillin. the liquid suspension on hand contains 250 mg/5.0 ml. how many milliliters of the sus
disa [49]
0.125 g=(0.125 g)(1000 mg/1g)=125 mg.

Then, we need 125 mg of ampicillin.
5 ml of liquid suspension contains 250 mg of ampicilling , therefore:

5 ml----------------250 mg of ampicilling
x--------------------125 mg of ampicilling

x=(5 ml * 125 mg of ampicilling) / 250 mg of ampicilling=2.5 ml

Answer: we require 2.5 ml

Which substance is a binary acid
Bumek [7]
It is known that acids compounds contains hydrogen and produces hydrogen ion in water. A binary acid however is an acid that have two elements, one of the element has a hydrogen attached to it. Examples of binary acids are hydrogen fluoride (HF), hydrogen bromide (HBr) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S). In naming a binary acid, it has two rules; one, as pure compounds and two, as acid solutions. For pure compounds, start with the name ‘hydrogen’ and end the anion name with ‘-ide’. For acidic compounds, start with ‘hydro-‘, end the anion with ‘-ic’ and add ‘acid’.

A bag of potato chips contains 585 mL of air at 20.0 C and a pressure of 765 mmHg. Assuming the bag does not break, what will be
Scorpion4ik [409]

Answer:

volume = 972.23ml

Explanation:

using general gas law

P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2

765 x 585/293 = 443 x V2/282

1527.39 =443 x V2/282

1527.38 x 282 = 443 x V2

430695.78 = 443 x V2

V2 = 430695.68/443

V2 = 972.23mL
