Perpendicular because the slope of the first one is 1. While the slope of the second one is - 1. On the other hand the slope of the third one is 1. So the 1 first one and the third one are parallel.

Y=mx+b, m is slope

Y=x+5, 1 is slope

X+y=7

Y=7-x, - 1 is slope

3. Y=mx+b

-2=0+b, at point (0,-2)

b=-2

Y=mx-2

0=2m-2, at point (2,0)

2m=2

m=1, AKA the slope
