This is a weakness of the Federal system of government because it shows what happens when states have to become reliant on the federal government to carry out projects.

If there was no federal system, states would be more reliant on their own selves and would embark on their own projects. This means that Texas would have found a way to maintain those bridges without waiting for federal help.

Alvord's Nostalgic tone is vulnerable and emotional.It is a piece which is full with conclusions and reflection when she reviews esteems near her heart, for example, her clan and legacy and it movements to a more uneasy tone when she depicts the newness of Dartmouth at first. At that point it moves back to a more nostalgic tone as she guarantees she found another family and clan there. 
 She reflects back upon her adolescence and growing up as a piece of the navajo clan. 
Pondering her past which adds to the nostalgic tone. Her anxiety at first is point by point through her portrayal of her hardships at first at dartmouth. Her main focus on the detail of nature.she gives the peruser an unmistakable view into her local american culture, something that most perusers presumably aren't acquainted with.
