If I had the chance to change the school system, which is the most common way of gaining education, I would attempt to make it more individualised and give everyone the attention they need to get the best out of them.
I believe a good school system also needs to take into account one's individual strenghts, because everyone is good at something, but isn't always given the chance to show that in school.
