8/57= x/100

8*100= 800

800/57= 14.053%

To convert it into a percent, you have to compare the fraction to something (x) out of 100, then you would cross multiply (8/57*x/100=(8*100)/(57)=x) Then you get approximately 14%. Hope this helps!

\mathsf{:\implies 1 = \dfrac{12}{DC}}

:\implies  DC = 12

:\implies  Total Length of the Base (BC) = BD + DC

:\implies  Total Length of the Base (BC) = 9 + 12

:\implies Total Length of the Base (BC) = 21

We know that, Area of the Triangle is given by :

In Triangle, ABC : AD is the Height and BC is the Base
