X^5,y^5 because you add the two and three and get five so it’ll be x to the fifth power then you add four and one but there isn’t a number on the y at the end so that automatically makes it one so add four and one you get five so therefore the answer is x^5,y^5

Which best describes the meaning of the statement if A then B
Oliga [24]

Answer:

a => b   \equiv   ( \neg a   \ \lor   \ b )

Step-by-step explanation:

You can understand the statement from many perspectives, but in terms of proposition logic it is best to understand it as   "negation of a" or "  b" in mathematical terms is written like this

a => b   \equiv   ( \neg a   \ \lor   \ b )

You can show that they are logically equivalent because they have the same truth table.

What is the oblique asymptote of the function f(x) x^2+x-2/x+1
Mamont248 [21]
f(x)=\displaystyle\frac{x^2+x-2}{x+1}=\frac{x(x+1)-2}{x+1}=x-\frac{2}{x+1}&#10;

\displaystyle\lim_{x\to\infty}\left\{f(x)-x \right\}=\lim_{x\to\infty}\frac{2}{x+1}=\lim_{x\to\infty}\frac{\displaystyle\frac{2}{x}}{1+\displaystyle\frac{1}{x}}&#10;=0

Consequently, t<span>he limit of f(x) as x approaches infinity is x.

In other words, f(x) approaches the line y=x,

so oblique asymptote is y=x.
